Security and safety

Our high ropes courses are equipped with an advanced safety system that keeps you safe throughout the climb. We use a communicating system where the hooks talk to each other. If one hook is open, the other will be locked. Our instructors are on site to give you a safe and secure experience.

Physical and mental demands

To participate in the high altitude courses, the following applies:

  • Maximum weight: 120 kg.
  • You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • The activity is unsuitable for people with severe heart, neck or back problems.
  • For the safety of your baby, we do not allow you to climb if you are pregnant.

Jewelry and accessories

To reduce the risk of getting caught in your equipment, you must remove all jewelry before climbing. This includes earrings, rings, bracelets and watches. Leaving these at home is the safest option. If you are unsure, you can talk to the staff on site.

Loose objects in the lanes

For safety reasons, it is not allowed to carry loose objects during the climb. There is a risk of dropping things and injuring other climbers. We recommend that you keep your belongings in your car or leave them at home. If you want to use your cell phone to take pictures or videos, talk to the staff on site and they will find a solution.

Length limit

We use height limits instead of age limits to ensure that all participants can reach and handle the obstacles in the courses. Children grow at different rates, and we want everyone to have a fun and safe experience. When booking, make sure to choose the right course based on the length of the participants.

The minimum length is 125cm to climb the first 3 routes (including the long ropes courses)
To climb the toughest route you must be at least 145cm.

Assistance on the track

If you ever need help while climbing, our instructors are always nearby. They keep an eye on the entire course and can quickly respond if needed. In an emergency, we can also climb up and help you down with our specially adapted rescue system. Our instructors are trained to international safety standards and undergo regular training sessions to deal with different situations.
