Frequently asked questions

For private individuals we have two different prices. If you are between 125-144cm it costs 249:-. From you are 145cm it costs 349:-

As a school class or association, you can contact us at oxelosund@bodaborg.se

Do you and your company want to climb with us? The price is then 349:- ex VAT per person.

Our minimum requirement is 125cm. This is so that the harnesses we use fit properly. If you are 125cm and up to 144cm, you can climb the first three courses. Owl, Sparrow and Falcon. It is also in Falken that our long rope courses are.

If you are 145cm and taller, you can climb all 4 of our courses. Then you can take on our toughest course, the Eagle!

As long as the children are taller than 125cm, they can climb alone, but we recommend climbing with an adult. If you come as a family, the adventure is greater when you do it together.

Are you between 145 and 155cm and you are going to climb the toughest route Eagle? Then we recommend that you climb with a friend.

The harness is a full body harness, which means that there are straps for the legs, hips and shoulders. It is the safest type of harness. There is a so-called “roller” on the harness. This is the one you ride on our cable cars with. We use Clic-It carabiners to attach to the trees and the wire. Clic-iT is a communicating system where one carabiner is locked if the other is open.

The helmets are as safe as they are easy to use. They are one-size and buckle smoothly at the back of the neck. The brand is Petzl.

You can of course borrow gloves from us. The brand is Tegera with rubberized inside. They are washed regularly to always feel fresh. The smallest size is 5 and the largest is 11.

Of course we do!

Every day we are open, the staff go through the courses on a check. During a daily check, we look for chafing on the trees, how the crown looks, wear on obstacles, loose nuts and much more that the staff thinks deviates.

Every three months, a more thorough check is also carried out. For this check, you need to be more experienced and everything must be tested and felt. Even in places that guests cannot reach. Every wire, rope and nut must be felt throughout the building.

Once a year, an external company also comes and checks that it is not just us at Oxelösund Adventure Park that puts an “approved” stamp.

The high-altitude courses are built and operated according to the Swedish standard for adventure courses, SS-EN 15567.

Every day that a harness has been used, the hooks should be checked. We do this to make sure that there is no gravel in the machinery and that they are ready for the guests who come next time.

Once a year, a more thorough check is also carried out on all equipment. This is known as PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Helmets are disinfected and gloves are washed regularly.

If you think that just riding our high ropes courses for 2.5 hours won’t be enough, we also have a package with Boda Borg. Contact us at oxelosund@bodaborg.se and we will create the best experience!

Our very closest collaboration. Jogersö eco camp is located just a stone’s throw from the high altitude track. A cozy campsite with both cabins and space for tents or motorhomes / caravans. There is even a glamping tent in the form of an igloo. Contact us at oxelosund@bodaborg.se and we will arrange a package.
